LOCAL PICK UP
Please use the coupon code LOCAL if you want to decline the shipping charges. You will still be asked for an address as Etsy is not set up to offer a pick up option. Send me a note with your order to let me know how and when you want to arrange delivery.
All items are listed using calculated shipping so you should know the actual costs of shipping from my studio in upstate New York.
All items are shipped promptly through USPS Priority fully insured.
Shipping costs may also include costs associated with packaging. Ceramics requires styrofoam peanuts, sturdy cardboard boxes and bubble wrap for safe travel. I do re-use clean materials to keep costs down for you and to keep my shipping on the green side.
You are welcome to convo me if you have a question about shipping costs or delivery times.
Just contact me within: 5 days of delivery

I must be notified immediately regarding work damaged in shipping, so that it may be reported to USPS. Please email me images of the damaged piece, and keep all packing materials.
I would like you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied please convo me within five days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for safe return of work and return shipping costs to receive a refund.
I've suspended custom orders until I have a more reliable clay body. My current batch of dark brown clay has an impurity that randomly appears during the glaze firing causing metallic spotting or bloating.
My work is both elegant AND durable. I intend for it to be used frequently and it is designed for the rigor of daily use. My palette of colors and glazes are lead-free, non-toxic. All my ware is dishwasher, microwave and oven safe. In the case of reheating baked goods, place the item in a cold oven and allow it to come to temperature at the same time.
